We have a one hour minimum, which is $145 (plus tax, in Kansas). After the first hour, it is $36.25 (plus tax, in Kansas) every 15 minutes.

Unlike our big box competitors, we don’t have complicated pricing. Have you looked at them? You have to be a computer genius, you know like a rocket scientist genius, to determine what service pricing plan you fall under.

Once you figure out what plan you fall under there is a seemingly endless fee for everything...diagnostic fee, trip fee, memory installation fee, wireless network setup fee, virus removal fee...it adds up quickly.

Our average diagnostic and repair service call for a home user is about 1.5 hours or $217.50 (plus tax, in Kansas). Most service calls are handled within 24 hours of your initial call. Our big box competitor charges $299.99 for the same services and has a turn around time in excess of 5 business days.
