We have two types of service plans—preventative and non-preventative.
Our preventative service plan is called Electronic Oil Change ℠. Like a quality oil change facility, we have a check list of items we will be looking at in your computer. We recommend these services be performed quarterly.
Our non-preventative service plan is called BonusRate ℠. You prepay in blocks of 5 hour increments and get 1 hour free. If you buy 10 hours, you get 2 hours free; and so on. Our non-preventative service plan covers only the labor costs of an unplanned equipment, software failure.
An example of a non-preventative event is a lightening strike burns out your modem to the Internet. As a result, your business is unable to connect to the Internet. Since you have prepaid, the time is subtracted from the hours you purchased. However, you will be responsible for the cost of the equipment/software costs.
