How do you present the city once, non-repeating, in a proposal for a marketing campaign and still make the spreadsheet sortable?

The problem is the spreadsheet can no longer properly sort the rows by city. Below is what Excel will do if you sort the data by city.

Solution to Excel Report

White text. In other words, change the color of the text from black to white. When you print white text on white paper, nothing is printed! Most importantly, Excel can still sort the data by city!

Many corporate companies have a custom icon next to their URL. It is extremely helpful to find a picture in your Favorites folder or Bookmark folder than the name of the URL (web address).

Below are three examples. CNET’s white text of CNET on a red circle. Apple’s white apple on top of a gray box and Microsoft’s white letter M on the blue box.

First you need to down load the filter from http://www.telegraphics.com.au/sw/. Secondly install the filter in Photoshop’s filter folder. Thirdly create the icon in Photoshop. Image the size to 16x16 pixels, 4 bit color. This image size is the most universal. Under the File menu select, File Save As and graphic type to ICO (Windows Icon). The file needs to be named favicon.ico (see below).

The graphic needs to be at the root level of the website.

Solution to QuickBook File Combing

As a general rule of thumb, businesses should replace their PCs every 3-5 years and home owners every 5 years.

The equipment will typically last longer than 5 years. However, the usefulness of a PC is at issue. As the PC ages, the demands on the PC increases. The PC has to launch larger sized programs and larger size operating system due to updates/upgrades and new programs added. This added demand will make the PC respond slower and take longer to shutdown and restart.
